This report shows the results of the assessment carried out by the board of Legal & General (Unit Trust Managers) Limited, as that governing body. We hope this assessment gives you a greater insight into the work we do to make sure our funds and services deliver value. In addition to the regular statements and information available, this report is intended to help you make informed investment decisions and achieve their savings goals.
Based on our assessment, we have concluded that the large majority of our funds deliver value.

Why have we completed this assessment?
The UK’s financial regulator, the FCA, recently introduced new rules with the aim of making sure fund managers continue to act in the best interests of our investors. These new rules ask the governing body of Authorised Fund Managers to perform a detailed assessment to determine whether its funds are providing value to investors, and then publish an annual statement summarising its findings.
COVID-19 and this assessment
We have chosen to publish this report on 30 April 2020. The assessment of the value our funds provide was completed earlier this year, taking into account performance and other factors up to 31 December 2019. The impact of COVID-19 on financial markets, your investments, and our ability to service customers, therefore falls outside of this period and is not captured in the results within the report. Next year’s assessment of value report will cover the period up to the end of 2020.
